In the case where 2 potencies already exist, there is a 25% chance of adding a new potency, and a 75% chance of adding to an existing potency (which would normally be split 50/50, but since 5cold is on this example, it's 75% chance of juggernaut).

To date, the few existing results (over the years, based on the practical experiences of some players) in this case, have always indicated the opposite (with the exception of only one player, after all, they say that every rule has its exception (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) ).

Shame everyone jumps on the rapier bandwagon (due partly to the advise of the wiki most likely), or maybe there'd be more examples lol

This isn't the thread for it, but for what it's worth, I don't think there is enough difference between rapier and shortsword against normal mobs to really matter, in my experience you don't proc near near often enough due to how quick you kill the monsters anyway, and when you do the monsters usually just got a hit left in it anyway. Unless you don't imperil of course, which is daft regardless of what 1h weapon you use.

As for the difference against bosses, it depends on if you use skills, which most people probably do. For skills (my experience is in VS as opposed to OFC, so maybe some differences), the better crit and adb of a shortsword might give it the edge, but again, small enough difference that I can't see why it would matter so much. Against ROB bosses, short sword is excellent, since you auto get bleeding wounds and can just merciful blow the moment they are low enough on health.

So I tried my mage set yesterday as I have completed collecting the whole set solely through lotteries (from top to bottom), it was amazing. Now I am switching to playing mage. Sadly I couldn't continue to play 1H until 500. I mean, 494 is close enough. My 1H prof is very close to 550 anyway.

Broken my IW 5j records, 82 round for a 5j request which final ended in 4j, since it was over the customet's budget.

I routinely get eight gifts like that from a PL 2250 / gift factor 260% (fully upgraded) mob.

My 1560PLs (200%) routinely bring me 2 gifts.

My sig was a bit too messy so I had to clean it up. Now it does look like a sig again.

I decided to send some of my stuff to the auction as I'm transitioning to a far superior style. I believe these equips are better to be used by someone else than stay in my inventory.
