Fatality. it add to the whole build, while Butcher is only for the weapon. also, you can easily see its effect with a bit of math

Those are nice panties you have there, I wish mine were Savage too. I'm looking to replace my Leggings and Boots with Legendary Agile or Savage ones at some point. Haven't seen them come up in auctions lately though, maybe I should make a WTB listing for them. Recently I saw Legendary Cobalt Shade Gauntlets of the Arcanist (level was 405-430 range) with really good ADB in Bazaar, but I had just bough Agile ones and they cost ~82k even in Bazaar, so I had to let them go.

I have full Arcanist set at the moment, but I might look for Shadowdancer too for my upgrades since I'm using DW now. Shadowdancer is just very expensive, as is the Savage prefix for any type of armor.

Well, Arcanist has its market, we are not the only ones for sure. There was a Legendary Savage Something of the Arcanist in an auction recently, but the starting bid was 1M and 1st bidder was StonyCat. That was a bid war I had no hopes of winning. I don't know if Stony is collecting Legendary Savage Shades, but he seems to be bidding almost every one in auctions. I'm not a very rich player either, so I'm not a huge threat in bid wars.

It's not too bad as you already have Overpower 5, but I guess Fatality would have been the best potency to go along with it. You have plenty of time to gather Amnesias and try again if you are planning to use that Katana yourself though. Good luck with the future runs.

I'm still waiting for Amnesias myself so I can get more Overpower for my Wakizashi. The monster parries pretty much double my turns per monster and are even worse for clearing time because I need to cure more.

Edit: a new accomplishment:
My monster brought me 5 gifts at once after a won battle, nothing special, but still nice:
Received a Binding of Stoneskin.
Received some Mid-Grade Cloth.
Received some Mid-Grade Metals.
Received some High-Grade Metals.
Received some Mid-Grade Metals.

It's not too bad as you already have Overpower 5, but I guess Fatality would have been the best potency to go along with it. You have plenty of time to gather Amnesias and try again if you are planning to use that Katana yourself though. Good luck with the future runs.

just FYI, i don't know if they already closed their sets/are looking for upgrades, but Leg Savage of Shadowdancer is Stony-grade, and Leg Agile of Shadowdancer is Mantra-grade. not something that you or me can easily afford.

also, a bit of advice from a fellow DW player: DW Shade already has a good Crit chance, and Heartseeker boosts it even further. personally i wouldn't look only for Shadowdancer (i replaced one of my pieces with a Negation one and the losses in both Crit and Evade were roughly 1%, while Resist boost was 6%), but i would throw in one or two pieces as well, especially for the sake of Savage prefix. Fleet is fine too., since it still boosts Evade. i would think twice about Arcanist though - it's not that it's useless, simply i consider it less useful than the others.
but frederiksc is a full Savage of Arcanist user, you can ask him how it feels like ocmpared to other armor sets
