My shortsword's IW is an O5B3SS1. I didn't want to bother to get it perfect. Even with that, monsters parrying seems fairly frequent.

I also unlocked the Thinking Cap hath perk just for fun a while ago, not that it made a big difference with the amount I'm playing. I should probably spend some of my hath on perks anyway since it's not very valuable anymore.
