And that is with all windows covered with heat protections, fan on max setting, with two bottles full of frozen water and a icecold gel pack on my forehead. And yes, my fridge produce enough heat atm to pass as a heater. And everytime i drink a glass of water it feels like i did sweat the same amount of water in the time i needed to drink it. yes, but it's still good that you brought it up. since force prefixes only protect from damage types that tend to happen in large bursts, i believe they only end up conserving spirit rather than reducing the need to heal by a noticeable amount, so it's more of a style choice than an optimisation

this could be another worthwhile subject for research and i have a leg ruby shield i could use, but first i have some coding to finish and some maces to compare
