It is a pretty good upgrade from my but3 fiery rapier so I accepted it for now.



With this rapier, I can finally clear PFFEST under 100 minutes. Speed increased by ~6%.

Shrined all buttons. This is the first Easter when I had to buy some from other players.

Grinded all day yesterday and today to complete my button set.

Should have started sooner but oh well.

I had said that this year I would not do a PFUDORFest, but I changed my mind (since there is time left today (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) ).

At least today's results were a little less disappointing than at other times (1st, 2nd).

I used Haste and Shadow Veil from round 625, right after the second "Spark".

The problem is not stats. In fact, there are two main factors in my slowness.

First: My connection to the site. It was always reasonable. Even when I switched the ISP, the only thing that improved was the stability and the fact that I do not slow down when many people are using the internet at the same time.

Second (and most importantly): I have reached the limit of what is humanly possible to do without the use of scripts. It is impossible to go over 2 t/s without the help of scripts. Well, regardless of that, I've already gotten here without this, and I plan to continue until I reach level 500 (in a year). I just sent out my staff for IW but forgot to switch persona, and triggered RE. Luckily I cleared it even without the staff. It's only IWBTH but still... Mage is damn strong...

Cleared a PFUDOR IW97 in 1H style without ever casting Spirit Shield and never triggering Spark. Takes a bit of luck with blocking but to even be in a position to try playing this way is pretty neat. That's the benefit of being a higher level, although I'm still only level 374.

2,204 turns 0:19:02 (1.93 t/s)

Turns may be marginally higher because in IW it's better to play carefully by focusing fire when I see Celestials instead of spread attacking as usual.

Dark Monday

2,188 turns 0:17:36 (2.072 t/s)

Made it again without ever casting Spirit Shield or Sparking. I'm finally starting to see how high level players just cruise through IW without even a noticeable expenditure of resources. If I'm very lucky I won't even need to use a single draught now.

As I've been doing this same IW97 repeatedly, I do Spark sometimes if I don't use Spirit Shield, so I will still cast it if I naturally have full spirit at round 70~80.

My army of waifus offered me their soul two BoS today. :3
