I did an IW on Normal on a Legendary, got my ass kicked a lot on the way, but at least I got the MISC category button (and a pitiful IW bonus on the equipment).
But I don't think I can seriously try to "catch them all" on this event too, no idea if they can even be caught anywhere in the first place, but seems too much of a hassle anyway.

higher difficulty is higher drop chance. Check the centralized WTS/WTB/WTT, it has an overview of which one drops in which battle type

But it is not necessary to have all this to be able to play PFUDOR IW. I was able to do this some 150 levels ago, when I was still using Shortsword Slaughter + Buckler Protection + 5 Plate (practically all forge level 13). It was not so hard, just too slow.
