A few days back, I strapped on a new 9 speed e-Penis.  Does it make a difference? Well yes.... yes it does! I'm running around using a Katalox in holy, with pajama edb's of 11%, etc. DwDs playing casual is in the low 15 minutes. Yep! Makes a world of difference. Best Perk available. Increased my pack rat level by 2 to include flowers and gums. While I'm not sure when I would need them (especially since they're too limited to be used carelessly), it's better that they would be slotted if the moment should come.
