As a test, tried my Niten set-up on the SG arenas. It used to be DW was quicker for me, but now Niten just kills it in speed (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif). If I get my 2H prof up some more and can ditch my ugly Katana of Balance for a Slaughter one I should be able to do even better.

i cannot say anything since i dropped two weeks ago a Leg Power that i'm currently using. the only upgrade in my whole HV career.

but 3 Legs within 2 years means an average 8 months/Leg. and here some troll whine about 3 days (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

DW with magnificent ethereal axe of slaughter (void / dark) and legendary rapier of balance (cold/void)
versus my
Niten with legendary katana of balance (holy / void) and magnificent ethereal waki of slaughter (void / dark)

I thought DW would have been faster, for many reassons.
How wrong i was...

Obviously, because your Niten weapons compare to your DW weapons. (balance katana/slaughter waki are no good at all)

I log in pretty much every day (I may miss out about 0.1% of the time) for the Dawn of a New Day and fight some Random Encounters and Arena battles. Sometimes, if I have the time, I do longer Arena battles and some Item World (for future equipment that I currently cannot equip until I Soulfuse).
I'm also working my way up the difficulty step-by-step for Triple Trio and the Tree (currently Hard clear; next is Hell). All other Ring of Blood battles are PFUDOR cleared.

I have close to the same set-up as you. Leg Hallowed Club Slaughter + Mag Rapier of Nimble vs Mag Fiery Kat of Balance + Mag Ethereal Waki of Nimble

Mind you, this is at lower difficulties, where the effects of Domino Strike + Bleeding Wound pile up a lot quicker than Piercing Wound, even against the schoolgirls. At higher difficulties on non-SG arenas DW is still much quicker for me. While my Evade + Parry multiplies out to just about the same on both sets, DW has the benefit of Stun and a far higher attack damage killing most monsters outright with the Orbital Friendship Cannon. And at the current moment I would never use Niten on high-difficulty SG thanks to the insane amount of SG hp.

Getting a decent Katana of Slaughter and upgrading my 2H prof (260 vs up-to-level DW prof) would give me a better time still and maybe match DW at higher difficulties.
