What are your current turns and times like?

Iirc you should be at least 500 rounds faster than me. And that reality has frustrated me so much that i actually did stop to track such informations the last time the 19th september.

That's pretty much the same as me right now (no infusion, imperil, or OFC). Some others are much faster with 1H or DW though.

I'm not so sure that higher level makes you slower. There are many scaling factors and it is complex. Clear speed is possibly the same at higher level, monsters get more defense and you get more attack. Or it slows down very slightly. But you get much tankier at higher level, your defense scales more than monster attacks.

Oh, is that so? Well, you have to consider, i did use infusion, imperil and the OFC when there was a good chance to do so. Also my rapier is propably the best non peerl rapier out there and i had DDI. And i just had around the same time as you. And sure as sure, without the rapier, without DDI, without infusion, imperil, OFC and allready quite a few BoS in my set, i would be even slower than you. Any comments? I'm not sure which of us has more powerful equipment for offense. I have 3 max forged stuff while the rest is still temporary. I did get DD1 a few days ago. It's very noticeable to me in regular arenas and I expected to improve DwD by another 500 turns but it did not improve at all, so I have to try again before I post it.

I also just got IA4 whereas I never had IA before. But the way I play, Innate Arcana does not change much. I still cast everything manually most of the time, so I can get Channeling for both Heartseeker and Regen.

Really impressive imo. More so being a first try.

Can I see your set? or at least can you say how many levels of forge you have on each piece? DD levels?

The last time I saw a time like that was from a player with a good amount of time being a mage with DDI and his set forged to 15 on each piece on average (phase only, cottons much more upgraded). t/s was similar.

DD5, roughly forge 10 for the armor, 15 for the staff (30 for the MDB). 3 radiants (cap+gloves+leggings) and 2 cotton (robe+shoes). I'm still missing a radiant robe to go full power against the SGs, but I'll definitely keep the cotton robe for regular arenas, as having a very high prof factor is very handy to brute force monsters that didn't get imperiled.

All of my equipments are far from being optimal, except the cotton robe that is peerless. I consider that investing a shitload in these is unnecessary, as I'll switch to dark mage later anyway.
