QUOTE(The Wiki) The amount of experience gained depends the level of the materials used for the upgrade: +2 per low-grade, +10 per mid-grade, and +40 per high-grade; this means an effective cap of 250? per upgrade. It is not affected by bindings or rare materials used.
The amount of EXP that will be gained is shown when hovering over an upgrade. QUOTE(The Game) Grants 370 Forge Exp and 37 Gear Potency This is for both my rapier and my armor at Coruscating Catalyst levels. The wiki is badly wrong. No wonder I made it to Forge 50 with room to spare. Perhaps it is +60 per high-grade material? Nope, I checked on some lower upgrades and that's too much. Maybe the catalyst is giving a lot of forge exp.

Forge exp considers catalyst and binding too, not only metals (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

I would be fine with the amber warding helmet. It varies depending on people's overall equipment but lately I've come to feel that warding should perhaps be more desirable (not saying better) than protection. How come you have so little crit damage and so much attack speed? Not saying that is bad, I personally like attack speed at our level. I actually have two peerless blue swimsuits of warding pieces now that I basically got for free, but it's surprisingly looking like I may never use either one (considering the crap I usually wear). By the way does anyone think that this item world does my upcoming Legendary Blue Swimsuit of Spandex an injustice? I got it for free with just forging and 7 amnesia shards. Juggernaut did not appear once. This post has been edited by BlueWaterSplash: Oct 11 2018, 23:35

I don't have more crit damage simply because I haven't IWed the knife to have Fatality, simple. As for attack speed: SS1 + a bit of agility + 60 burden. If I could increase my burden, I would.

Oh really? I thought most people go for Jug5 + whatever. I noticed from logs that kangaeruthing likes (and pays millions for) Jug5 + Any5 which I understand makes sense because elemental resistances stack marginally better when maxed at +20% per item.
I figured that Holy5 + Dark5 would be the next best thing and I could try harder to get Juggernaut on other pieces.

Welk yes, I have full juggernaut. But I play mage. For 1h it doesn't matter that much but I have no data to substantiate.

10% or even 6% to pool against everything vs 20% against 1/6 magical attacks (and if you have this resist on other equips it's less than 20%) = Jug is good enough to reforge if you ever go below autohit threshold with bold time-wise build/playstile This post has been edited by Benny-boy: Oct 12 2018, 14:08

Another crappy Legendary that will go to the bazaar next time I clean up my inventory, unless I screw up and salvage it. It's so sad that rarity don't prevent crapness (probably apply to peerless too, but those don't drop, so can't really complain objectively on those...saving for the possibility that one day I accidentally earn one in a lottery)

I guess it is because Juggernaut increases max HP using the base HP value. Since you have +100% HP from Abilities, the effect of Juggernaut is halved, although mine seems much more than halved. Can anyone think of the reason? As for the stacking 20% + 20% = 36% it's not as good as being all on the same piece but it should still be considered the full 20% reduction because it's multiplicative.

Juggernaut 5, is, NOT, +10% HP. The actual effect is very meager, especially for higher proficiencies.

Players are not monsters. Dark is like the 3rd worst resistance you can have (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

Dark is arguable but I think it's the second best elemental resistance especially since I am going to switch back from a holy to a dark rapier. (Dark weapons struggle to kill undeads who may attack back with dark and are arguably the 4th most dangerous monster species). And I still think schoolgirls hit harder than most regular monsters without dark mitigation. QUOTE(decondelite) The actual effect is very meager, especially for higher proficiencies. Oh right! Proficiencies also increase max HP, further weakening Juggernaut. At level 500 they may add +60% to max HP, so the effect of Jug5 eventually shrinks to 270%/260% = 3.85% And when stacked upon other Juggernauts the effect reduces further. Going from Jug20 to Jug25 is only a 310%/300% = 3.33% improvement to max HP. This post has been edited by BlueWaterSplash: Oct 12 2018, 21:25

True, I keep reminding myself not to reply half asleep, but still fail (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
