It was claimed that imperil vs no imperil with rapier was already sufficiently tested but as I haven't seen those tests myself, it would be good to measure both turns and time, since casting imperil will probably lower turns/second.

7 minutes out of 180 minutes might be just barely out of the realm of uncertainty. Either way a 4% increase in final damage is quite large all things considered in this game. That's like using a But5+Fat4 rapier versus using a But0+Fat0 rapier, or a Peerless rapier compared to a top Magnificent.

I understand the results as follows:

- If times were the same, it would mean that Penetrated Armor was able to offset a difference of 541 ADB.

- But the time taken was 7 minutes shorter. This means that the Penetrated Armor can compensate for an even greater difference, that is, for a Rapier and Shortsword to perform exactly the same, the Rapier may have less ADB than my current one. How much I do not know to say, maybe 700 to 1000 ADB less than a Shortsword, who knows. Maybe a Rapier with Base ADB < 50 (but with Butcher 5) already can have a performance equivalent to a Peerless Shortsword.
