I'm beginning to think Battlecaster weapons can't get Butcher. 15 reforges so far, and I haven't seen Butcher yet. The odds of this happening is only 1.3%

Probably because binding of destruction is only needed for staff (and radiants, which are rare), while slaughter is needed for the full set of armor + weapon, regardless suffix.
And since phazon is rare and expensive, many mages are stuck to forging their regular cottons instead of phases, which slows down the demand for cloth.

Phazon and rare? I get one or two every week. BoS with look one every two weeks. Actuators even just one every month, if i am lucky.

Phazon have always been the one I seem to get the least of, I've had far more BoS and Actuators as gifts.

I had never really gotten any bindings of slaughter or actuators but I do get quite a bit of different bindings and mid grade materials which is still great for me because I used to get a lot of low grade materials and not that much bindings.

I can't wait until I start getting high grade materials weekly that'll be cool at least so it won't be too bad if I still hardly get anything really valuable. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Cuz' actuators aren't rare and expensive, perhaps?
