What are you trying to say? Because imo for RE alone, block chance doesnt make that much of a difference. So i am not quite sure what you did notice. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Tbh, i was curious about that decreased effectiveness and when i got my set almost below 50 i forgot and repaired them (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) and yesterday what i forgot is to repair them so i click the RE and the enemies of 8 almost defeat me back then... I once did a PFFEST, had one of my armor drop below 50% in the meanwhile, and I really felt the difference.
