Not normal at all

Forge level 2 at level 318 is not even possible with the actual game, except you did stop playing before or shortly after it was added that repair your stuff gives you XP for the forge. I go to the upgrade page only when I am renaming equipments XD

At your level you should already have forged a few equips to forge 5, so you should be higher than that.

I started playing this game from April this year, all my Forge exp are from Repairing so... hmm idk:heh:

One reason I still have not forged a single thing is because I do not have any satisfying drop yet.

I tend to hesitate a lot on upgrading when I play games since I am not sure how big of a difference that is going to make, so I choose to save my resources rather than upgrading equipments that I am not satisfied with.

Biggest reason: Laziness I mean this game is too complicated and my brain is too small...

I don't forge over 5 for the armors but I tried to forge as much as possible for the rapier and shield.

I've done that error too, until I realize that I certainly should have Forge 5 'ed non-rare Exquisites with cheap as hell Low Grades instead of waiting to get Mag+.

If anything, I'd highly recommend lower level players to Forge 5 a full set of Magnificent Leather: it's cheap and the stats are excellent.

It's almost always worth upgrading at least your weapons/shield to 5 on a few key stats. For ADB/MDB 5 is like a ~11% improvement, and for all other stats it's ~8%. The improvement gets smaller after each upgrade. Even if the thing you're forging isn't sellable, you can salvage it later to get 90% of materials back (rounded down and you don't get catalysts back). For things that ARE expensive to forge (Power, Phase, or pushing any stat above 5 that requires expensive bindings), you should definitely be more picky.

Do shade cost even 10k atm? Actuators are also fall in price down to, 60k i guess was it. And even Phazon are allready down to allready 180k. They are not that much expensive as they all once were. And it is not so hard to reach a weekly income of at least 1M. And with 1M everyone should be able to buy quite a few stuff for forging. And no, 1M is not really an impressive weekly income. I am not sure if I would survive PF Arenas with these stats even if I Forge 5 them. evade = 26.3% (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif) I might give it a go if I can somehow get both block and evade chances to above 50%

The percentages sound good to me but I am using mostly Power Armor at the moment and the shield is force. I guess I am only upgrading my weapon at the moment.
