I thought you had Tokenizer since last year. The first one I acquired in 08/07/2017, and the second in 04/08/2017. Really all this time made a difference. Regarding the difference of level, this will always happen, because the amount of experience that a Gold Star acquire is much greater. And you still have a Top List Bonus.
