Read more, read more, and read more. It will come to you naturally. There's this fact that you must acknowledge is any reading speed above 500wpm comes with word skipping, no exception. But a lot of words in a sentence are redundant if you only care about the meaning of the sentece. Take for example the previous sentence itself, you only need two words to roughly understand what I mean: "words" and "redundant". So just read more, and you will read faster. Tell yourself to skip unnecessary words, no re-reading, etc...

Cleared DwD for the third time, with new shield, went from 25% block to 35% block. I guess it helps but I still kind of think shields are overrated. Ignore turns/second that's just the result of an unexplained performance upgrade a while back.

I like your current Ran & Chen quite a lot, and I prefer it. yes, even if I like Nyan-nyan quite a lot, but I don't think she suits you much.
