I have been wondering about something for a while. If multiple potentials are unlocked in the first run, does the game unlock them sequentially or simultaneously in its mind?

If sequentially, then unlocking 4 potentials in 1 run would not alter the probabilities of what you get, compared to unlocking 1 potential at a time in 4 runs.

If simultaneously, things may be altered. Because you may be more likely to get 2 or 3 different potentials in the first run, bypassing the gravitational effect of potentials to increase themselves over getting new potentials.

No, it's just as if you unlocked one, then did another run, then unlocked the next one.
But it's still possible to build a strategy around the potencies unlocked.

My own strategy revolves around it actually. I just do a first run in IWBTH difficulty to see what I unlock. It can be single potency at Lvl2 just as well as two potencies at Lvl1. If I'm not pleased, I reforge straight away for a single shard.

Upon switching to alt.hentaiverse.org I managed to clear DWD PFUDOR in 30:40.

Probably the last substantial ping improvement I'm going to get (had 2.91 t/s). If I want to get under 30 minutes I'll probably have to swap out my off-hand or one of my Mag Powers and do a bit of Forging. Since I got a Legendary Mace with 91% ADB that'll probably help pay things off since I would guess that should go for over a million.

At last, 25 min (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) (even though I wasted 3 OFC (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif))

i was thinking about purchasing the tokenizer perk. so, i have a couple of questions:
1. sigo8, are the amount of runs you did with token0 and token1 comparable? i mean, are we really speaking about something like +73% boost?
2. everyone, did you have similar experiences? just in case, i plan to do some arenas, REs, ROBs, maybe IWs but not GFs.

For the first time ever, I'm over 1m credits on hand.

I've finished Normal Grindfest for the first time recently. Not worth it. It just takes so long, and unless you have invested in crystal hath perks, you don't get much out of it.

it used to take way less before the last patch, but it also made it trigger the 1k round drop penalty. not sure which is the minimum profitable difficulty atm.


either way, how long did it take?

True, Grindfest at low difficulties has been nerfed considerably. There is no business case for Normal Grindfest. In the old days of HV 0.84 there was good income from Hell Grindfest (also not for normal, by the way). But now, PFUDOR , or maybe IWBTH, seems to be the only options.

Won a LSWoD. Looks like I'll have to start building an Electric set, then. What's the best potency set on this thing again?

Dumped 3 months worth of GP on yesterday's lottery. 26% of the total tickets owned (roughly 4k).

I did not make notes, but I did notice a considerable increase in the amount of drops.

Before acquiring Tokenizer I, I was already having trouble releasing 2 slots in 30 days, and I was already forecasting only 1 in the following month. Then I got Tokenizer I (08/07/2017) & II (04/08/2017). After that it's been three months in a row that I was able to release 4 slots/month. Probably next time I start releasing only 3, because the amount needed is already great (132, 135, 138).

I don't think many players do fests while >80 stamina (unless they want to grind exp).
