Unless you really need charged for some reasons I wouldn't switch unless the new cap has significantly better rolls.

As fellow cold mage, my experience is that PFFest is faster & Safer with 4 charged + 1 radiant, compared to 3 charged + 2 radiant.

Guess searching armors at the bazaar is worth it after all. I don't look at them as often because rare tier gear is doubly expensive at the bazaar, so even power of protection pieces won't be much cheaper than on the forum. But power of slaughter will be much, much cheaper. Great find.
