My heartseeker lasts 460 turns with channelling. Suppose yours is around 500 turns, does it mean you finish rounds at 6 turns on average. Damn, that's neat. At which difficulty?

Mine lasts 510. PFUDOR. It's easy to accomplish with some agile shade pieces

also, a bit related to HV rant, I had my pc on and went to sleep and apparently there was a power outage, when I opened firefox again suddenly like 10 different windows opened with HV, why, I don't know, the only thing I can think about is that somehow, the commands to open REs during last day remained and my tabs went poof again (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)
managed to retrieve a session from may following End-kun's advice from some months ago since the last time it happened

Afaik the chance that a tophy drop isnt affected by any training, so every difference between you and scremaz is just RNG.

yep. it was a very lucky day. usually i'm at roughly 45 for the whole SG pack, in line with wiki's average.

For people like you and me with low t/s, going mage is a serious improvement.
You have to get all set slaughter and high lvl to clear DwD with 1H in less than 6000t
I have 3 parts mag slaughter and 2 protection high ADB and it takes me 6500t, that's why i switched to holy mage.
Now it takes me 3500t, 3000 on sundays.
Cast Smite once on random encounters to build prof, and wait for lvl 310 to unlock faster imperil tier 3 before switching.
Search for hallowed oak of heimdall, doesn't matter if it's mag you want max edb possible in the staff.
Use 2 or 3 prof pieces, forge them (mag cotton is cheap to forge) make sure to reach 0.6-0.7 prof factor to play with Imperil.
All your set must have 3 PABs.

Just a sidenote, it is possible to clear DwD with ~5,280 turns with 2 slaughter pieces (one is 23% ADB only):

However, yes, high level and tps are helping here, no doubts.

I guess 8000 turns is pretty good then considering I'm using a level 200 rapier, no real shield (25% block chance), no real gloves, no real shoes, and 3 mediocre powers of no slaughter. I gave my borrowed equipment back to ST-Ru so now I'm barefoot again.

I've bought nothing I'm wearing. I haven't been able to win auctions for anything except stuff no one else wants. Still, I'm very happy with stuff I've managed to win, like your wakizashi. :)

I had the same idea about mage and turns/second, but so far I'm still apprehensive. If I can't even purchase 1 piece of 1H gear, how can I hope to successfully get mage gear?

I do have a self-dropped legendary phase shoes of heimdall, and a near peerless phase robe of freyr.

I didn't say leg slaughter, those pieces are more expensive than my mage set (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
