Seems correct to me.
Between level 480 and 490 I got something like 1090 PA and I'm not sure how many figurines but probably around 10-15.
5% is definitely too high.
1% is probably correct, if it's not the percentage it's not higher than 2% anyway.

As I said I managed to get 4 figurines in 15 days, so that is why I think that 5%-10% is more correct. On other hand, of course, it may just be a luck. With RNG you cannot be sure of anything.

I wasn't even trying to get that one, but now that I got it I suppose it will replace my shortsword of slaughter. Slightly lower damage output and meh elemental strike, but it's just way better everywhere else.
I do have a rapier, but it's above my level. ICBA to spend a lot of fragments to soulfuse it.

On 30/07/2017 I sold the last repeated Figurines that I had. Since then (78 days), I've won 6 more (today, an average of 1 every 13 days). In that same period I gained approximately 397 Precursor Artifact. Therefore, in my case, this represents approximately 1,5%.

And in total I have already achieved the following:

I have found that sssss2 in 1000 PFfest got 8,385 Artifacts and 155 figurines (archaeologist 10)
So, in his case chance to get figurines is 1,8% from all artifacts drops.

With all this been said, I think that real chance to get figurine is somewhere between 1%-2%, and that chance is affected by Archaeologist leveling.

Bought an Ethernet cable and hooked it up instead of relying on WiFi for my PC

Went from 30/1.5 mbps to 40/2. Still not enough for H@H obviously but fast enough my ping should see a serious improvement.
