There. Does this please the regs? First ethereal weapon I've gotten that didn't roll swift strikes, and I'm not keen on burning amnesia shards on newbie equipment that I'm going to need to upgrade from pretty soon anyway.

Don't really like the loss of parry, but it is way more damage than my current 1h main. So, we'll see how well that tradeoff works out.

It's not the perfect IW, but it's already fairly good.
Amnesia shards are for Legs and nothing else.
