Yeh, i opt out of the over ticketted lotteries too, unless I really want the item. Eg. I didn't have any tickets in the charged phase shoes of heimdall lottery.

I usually harvest tokens/GLTs on unpopular items. I buy 5% of the tickets and say do not want for the item.
But if I want the item (like the gauntlets) I will buy 10% of the tickets.
