Yep... Stamina low equals lots of rounds. Nintendo would be ideal to keep the drop percentages intact.

A bug it is then. I had Swift Strike 2 and nothing else, so IW2, I point my mouse to the reforge button, which said it costed 2 shards to reforge, and I thought "meh I'll surely have the discount after", but no it did cost 2 shards.

Oh, and I IWed the weapon again, and guess what:
Unlocked innate potential: Swift Strike Level 2
Unlocked innate potential: Swift Strike Level 1
The equipment's potential has increased by 1060 points!
