My last accomplishment today is that I think I'm developing RSI in my right hand/arm from too much hover play hence played bulk of rounds today with my left hand using keyboard.

Probably an indication to take a further and longer break from playing games in general.

Huh, TIL about hover play. RSI sounds like a bitch to have; at least you're aware that you might have a problem in the long run if you don't stop.

I got a 0.1% drop in AQW.

But before that I also got a 0.01% drop last year so it's really no surprise to me.

Yeah unfortunately quite normal to get zero equipment even in PFUDOR.
Although my HVSTAT for me says its around 11% chance of an equipment drop which isn't too bad.

Back on topic, I've have begun changing into mage. (although I'm still very confused by how to play in this style)
