Yes, one hand. With a Leg shortsword of balance that has garbage ADB and a mere Mag force shield. I'm sure I can reach 30 mins with better equipment.

To celebrate Monsterbation getting the scanning feature, I did all second page arenas + full grindfest scanning every single highlighted monster I saw. Ended up scanning several hundred monsters (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)

i use 85 level forged rapier heavy armor in normal condition and no buff item

I don't buff either. All I need are (a lot of) draughts. My secret with shortsword: 200% accuracy, 20% anti-parry, 0% attack speed. I just imperil the SG, then let all the regular mobs die by themselves on the shield. It's amusing that the PFUDOR difficulty actually make it faster for me, as the mobs attack suicide faster. I'll still go way faster the day I build a good rapier of slaughter and a better shield.

Yeah, in moments like this i really do think about the possibility that i was born in another dimension, where the humour is completely opposite and just a cosmical joke at my expense did trap me in this one.
