Seriously, it's always the same people who win them, and the worst is that they still take the gear while they don't even need it. No wonder some people name their monsters "lottery cheaters" and all.

I'd say I've sunk will over 100m credits into the lotteries with zero results.
I did "buy" my PAOH however in the lottery by owning 70% of the tickets.
No more... If another PHOH shows up, yes. But I need to keep in mind I've lost 4 without even a booby prize.

no, you can purchase 20k tickets at most. in the past there was no limit, but now there is.
