It's a curiosity to be sure, so it's nice as a collection piece. But it's average quality so still useless in a fight, no?

I..... I was being a careless twat.
In REs, I use regen 1st, then get rid of the sprites and celestials, then attack highest hp mob to lowest. (I'm 1h heavy). And I don't use spirit stance.
When there is 1 mob left, I attack it until there is only 1 or 2 hits left to kill it. Then spirit stance, sleep, imperil, and cast weaken over and over again until I have no mana left. Then I just attack it to kill it.

Why do I preserve mana? To use it to train deprecation profs at the end.
Why do I not use spirit stance? To save overcharge until the end (SS reduces mana cost)

How did I die?
* attacked as per above method
* die > spark > heal
* continued attacking
* die > spark > heal
* continued attacking
* die > spark > heal
* not enough SP left to keep spark. Only 3 mobs left, and i'd already killed all the heavyweights. I rolled the dice and decided to keep attacking anyways (regen was still on)
* killed 1 mob, health around 8k (my max hp is 20k)
* started poking the 2nd mob with my rapier, and it vomitted on me. It was a critical hit and I fainted from the smell.

i guess a cap is what you need only in order to get 0.7 prof factor.
given that you already get a redwood staff, prof perk and forge those equipment slightly. (and planned to forge the elementist cap, too)

if you forge even more, maybe a gloves is enough to get you 0.7 prof factor

I use gloves, because my LARD is quite low on proficiency. With good prof on staff, you only need shoes when fully forged. Pro tip: after you go mage, you'll earn more credits and you will be forging sooner or later.

If yoiu want another point, I get between 85 and 95/day. It seems to be varying a bit lately, as I come closer to capping out on my static ranges again after deleting 700GB of other stuff on that HDD. I hate random power outages/windows restarts though.... it takes like 4 hours to do a cache verification
