i can assure you that with full Shadowdancer 62.5 is possible (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

not sure that 66.6 is, though...

hmm... OP5 total and it still works fine. if any, i suggest you to attack mobs with a proc already. don't know for what reasons, but those tend to be easier to deal with.

Shortsword should go for mainhand then. With a rapier of the nimble in offhand.

probably even Balance is good, especially if you're high level and/or going for high crit. but at your level safety comes first, so yep, i'd say nimble as well

if it's only for that, then a rapier of balance. but mind you, the 6BUR from an elemental shortsword/rapier will hinder your evade quite a lot
