I think everything with this patch is good except for the following
QUOTE(Tenboro @ Sep 14 2013, 13:11)

Specific Mitigation
- Max specific mitigation reduction from Imperil was reduced to 40 percentage points for elemental and 25 percentage points for holy/dark.
The elemental mitigation reduction of Imperil and the dark/holy mitigation reduction of Imperil used to be equal.
Now the elemental mitigation reduction of Imperil is 15 percantage points better than the dark/holy mitigation reduction of Imperil.
Nothing wrong with it if it weren't for the following;
QUOTE(Tenboro @ Sep 14 2013, 13:11)

- Debuffs and negative stat modifiers can no longer reduce stats below 0, or reduced them further if the stat is already negative. This primarily affects specific mitigation.
At my level, 347, it's usual for monsters to have elemental/dark/holy mitigation stats that are above 50.
It's possible with just Spike spells and Imperil to bring down to zero monsters elemental mitigation stats that are 65.
It's IMPOSSIBLE with Imperil and dark/holy spells to bring down to zero monsters dark/holy mitigation stats that are above 50.
