How it should work: After an item has been named, no one else can change the name.
So, if you get a ridiculously good drop, you can name it something silly and people will have to pay you millions to buy an estoc named "Mr. Tinklemeyer, Pink Spear of Doom"

It might have been worth a bit more if you left it unnamed... but you're rich, and this is much more fun.

Maybe make it require the use of a Naming Shard at the Forge, which is a rare drop, so people will only give names to the more significant weapons.

I beat Diablo's dumb ass on hard when i was around level 30 something.
The Demon Hunter is OP all to hell.
Minigun Cross bows that both has over 40 something Damage that you can fire for about 30 secs if you have the right kind of gear, will take out almost whatever boss not to add the Bomb shot and slow traps.

Really unless your fucking around a monster/boss will not even get close to you at all.

I guess you never played at Torment 6 Difficulty with lifeleech removed from the game at level 70.
DH got some new problems in RoS and was not even the strongest in Vanilla.
