Kind of not related to the problem, but I am curious. What does 'greyed out' even look like?

Even if I don't have Energy Drink in my inventory, I can still click it.
It just gives the error "Insufficient items."

I tried both default and custom fonts, but there's no difference between having an energy drink and having none.

I don't know... I don't see that yellow outline in the text. It's always the same dark-brownish text with no outline.

It's not like I need them anyway. Stamina nowadays is not really useful (not sure if that's a bad or good thing though).

I guess, you need to have stamina below 80 to be able to use an ED.

I seen that myself sometime back.
My Stamina was down to 72 and it not let me use one.
A ED only brings your Stamina up by 10 not 20 like it used to so you think if you are under 89 Stamina you can use one, but you can't. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

It's a shame that equipment no longer drops in the RE anymore. I rarely play HV now. You can't get equipment in RE and grinding hours for an Exquisite leather helmet isn't worth the effort.

UPDATE TO HELP YOU ALL!

Use can still use ED's there is a way around it, you need to put them into one of your battle item slots.
Then why in battle use it and it will bring up your Stamina.
So they have to be a battle item now to use.

I ended up using my last ED that was a waste to find that out.

My stamina was only at 94 and i tested it, it's now back up to 99.

When i was testing it out.

1 5 Heartiels crits you for 319 slashing damage.
1 4 Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi hits you for 279 piercing damage.
1 3 Recovered 5 points of stamina.
1 2 You gain the effect Energized.
1 1 You use Energy Drink.
0 4 You gain the effect Spark of Life.
0 3 Spawned Monster B: MID=60722 (Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi) LV=253 HP=59136
0 2 Spawned Monster A: MID=48522 (Heartiels) LV=250 HP=58464
0 1 Initializing Grindfest (Round 1 / 1000) ...
0 0 Battle Start!

That's the same guy who some time back claimed the highest-end equipment dropped more commonly two years ago. Not sure if trolling or just dumb.

The ED option being unclickable was attributed to outdated browsers iirc.

Try out a newer updated portable version to test, if it fails then just delete the folder, none of your settings will change.

ED being unclickable depends on whether or not your stamina was above 99 before 0.77 and the new player state handling, since it's checking the wrong variable.

Ah, so as far as enabling EDs in the Restoratives pane the system thinks I'm always in tip-top condition?

In the equipment bazaar, the break between armor equipment slots (head, chest, etc) seems to be missing if there isn't any different tier equipment (shade, power, etc) in between. Nearly sold some exquisites by accident. Not sure if the missing break is intended or not though.

That explains it why I still can click on it normally outside of battle (didn't know about the grayed out problem before reading this thread).
