How do you get Butcher Level 6?

Isn't Butcher Level 5 the max?

It was a bug when potencies first came out in which they wouldn't stop at five. There's a few butcher lv.6 weapons around, one archmage lv.6 too. I don't think anybody got economizer 6 though.

I'm not done leveling it in the item world and upgrading it, but here's my weapon:
