You're gonna love the first 2 chapters. Maybe not AS good technically, but Rapture always had something fascinating for me.
And don't get me started on the plot. The plot of Bioshock 1 and 2 doesn't fuck around.

I agree that Rapture was also fascinating and although I think the first was better than the second it was still good, I actually got bored with Infinite, felt that they had A LOT of potential both graphic wise and story wise and in the end I suppose they just ran out of time to really capture the magic of the original BioShock.
