Played a little Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 as Domon. Did a couple stages of his story mode. I hate having to kill 1000 enemies in 20 minutes. Mostly because it just takes forever (15-ish minutes) and you're just standing in one place killing stuff. Plus, enemy fields respawn so it's really hard to get the timing right on healing an ally when they're low. I was using the Eypon, so I at least had good crowd control.

I just keep thinking that Master Asia says "Answer me, Domon!" whenever he's asking him a question, even if it's unimportant.

"Answer me, Domon! Where's the TV remote?"
"Answer me, Domon! Do we have any leftover spaghetti?"
"Answer me, Domon! Can you carry these groceries for me?"
"Answer me, Domon! When am I going to become Uncle Asia?"
"Answer me, Domon! Your phone is ringing!"

I have never once claimed that I am funny. I'm quite the opposite, actually.

Dragon Quest 6 on the DS. I picked up my final party member and a talking lizard right before I passed out around 4am, so I spent today grinding job levels. I figured out that the Sunderbolt Blade casts Zap when you use it in battle, so that's a pretty good 75-80 damage to everything. I also cleared ranks F-C in Slimopolis with Goowain (the Slime Knight; I renamed him to "Cavalry", because really, that's what he IS: a mounted warrior). I think I'm going to play something else today. I don't want to get complacent and bored and make a stupid mistake. Maybe I'll pop Dragon Quest 9 in and go do some grinding in that. I don't even have enough money to start doing alchemy-moneymaking, so I can't even do THAT. So it's just grind grind grind start-up capital. I suppose it'd be nice if I could run into more than 1-2 enemies per battle. WTF is up with that. I LIKE fighting 4-6 enemies at once. Besides, I have someone with a boomerang; kind of a shame that she rarely gets a chance to hit multiple targets.

I went to an arcade yesterday and discovered that it recently got Guitar Freak. So I finally received the pleasure of playing it.

I play Expert on Guitar in Rock Band on a daily basis nearly perfectly for years. But this? This is a whole new challenge.
