Haven't been here in a while. As a matter of fact, Happy New Year(!), even if I'm almost a week late. Amongst my resolutions, a smaller one this year will be my attempt to finish 12 unfinished games before the year is through; one a month is my goal, though I don't know which games I'll be focusing on yet.
On the topic of finishing games, I finished Dragon Quest IX (DS), or at least I beat the regular story. I can say with some degree of pride (as gaming geekiness goes) that I played all the way through the game solo; rather that making a full party of four, I managed to beat the game using only my main character. Did do too much grinding, but that was more the consequence of waiting for other people to play the game multiplayer with me, which rarely happened.
Playing Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (PSP) on and off. I should really get back to Tri and finish off the remaining 40 or so weapons I'm missing.
Nothing else has been consistent recently. A little Uncharted 2, some Tales of Symphonia 2 and Blazblue, but those have been 1-time frivolities.
I still have another week at the very least, but I preordered Arcana Heart 3 (PS3), which comes out on console in Japan on the 13th. It'll probably be at least another week after that by the time I get it, but there's no rush.
Probably should update the lists.
