Yesterday, after a long time, some On-line with friends at Halo 3;
today On-line GOW II.

I'm playing Resident Evil 4 (yet again). I'm going for 100% shooting accuracy (while killing
everything; running is for cowards!). 1/3 of the way through, so far so good.

What I did was shoot one bullet with any gun to hit one of them, then use my Infinite Rocket Launcher the rest of the game. It was pretty fun, especially on the hardest mode.

On topic, I started Grandia II (PS2) today, and played it for most of the day. Ryudo, the main character, is pretty neat, if only because as opposed to most RPG protagonists, he's a thug. I know he'll eventually peter off into compassionate idealist mode, but so far (The Skyway just blew me off-course) he's shown no major signs of change.

It's kinda refreshing, having a lead who admits to having an urge to kill the party and ditch the oncoming adventure. I'd really loathe him if he actually did, but...

That is a great game with some nice spell effects for how old it is (White Apocalypse and Explosion are HUGE!) but Ive never been able to figure out why ryudos voice actor is so familiar. Thats always shit me (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Spell effects are very well-done, I agree on that.


Ryudo's Voice Actor is Cam Clarke. I can tell you that without looking it up, even. :/

I'm also just about positive he was Kaneda in the first dub of Akira I ever heard (more recent version had Johnny Yong Bosch instead), and I suspect he was Leonardo in the old Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles cartoon. Those are all the tip of the iceberg, though; very prolific voice actor.
