Goin' in blind's the way to do it on this one, everything in undertale's been done before to some extent, but the way it's all brought together makes it something special, imo. At least you seem to know nothing other than the hype. Hopin' for the best, I certainly love it.
As for me, I'm playing Bayonetta 1 (Wii U). Always been better at 2d action games (too many damn combos) but it's fun and has great music and I love it. Just finished up Dangan Ronpa on the Vita, played the patched psp version a couple years back, and impression's the same - good, but not nearly as good as, say, Ace Attorney or Zero Escape. Babies you too much (11037), player interaction during class trials is all over the place and nonsensical (you're doing a watered-down shooter! Now a lame rhythm game! Now an easy hangman puzzle!), and it's a real fucking cocktease with the actual juicy bits of the story while bludgeoning you over the head with animu garbage. Atmosphere during closing arguments and executions are still top-notch though, and save the game imo.
