If you don't count cartoon animes, as I call them, like pokemon or beyblade, then it was either:
Your Lie in April, I watched two episodes, then dropped it, anime wasn't really my thing yet
Problem Children are Coming from Another World, aren't they?, same as YLIA, but got farther, also I watched this on youtube in horrible quality with a frame around the video LOL
Konosuba, what I consider my actual first anime, still love it to this day, also top three funniest anime

Hellsing Ultimate, was binging any tv show with action in 2015 and felt like I saw everything, so I decided to "broaden my horizon." Googled anime streaming sites to compare then picked funimation cause they focused on dub and coming from english tv shows I didn't feel like reading subtitles. Really eye opening from the unique story, build up, soundtrack and over the top expressions got me hooked. Then watched Tokyo Ghoul which weirdly enough got me interested in romance and now any genre of anime, were back in 2015 I couldn't watch any movie or tv show that wasn't action.
