Hi,

are you planning to translate "Mama Eri Kassen 1"?

And how much would it be?

Bad news guys, once again one part of the project seems out of business.

I´am not getting any info from our editor since a month now, and therefore looking for a new (temporary) editor, to take on our next projects.

Our translator has a couple of sets translated, and if someone is willing to help edit those, feel free to leave me a message.

Here is what you will receive.

1) a 40% share of every sold set

2) free translations (obviously)

3) a serious crew, who is hardly motivated to succeed in our mission.

Our friend DarkAellen is a genius editor, and I feel very sad about this situation.

Especially the uncensoring and redrawing part is a tough job, but even if you are not able to do uncensoring, we would like to continue from there.

We would be more than happy if there is someone who can help us out.

Thanks

Sincerely
Neo

Project Frozen until a unknown Date. Finding a suitable editor is awful work, and I´am not too motivated on the search either.

They probably stop because hardly anybody wanted to pay.

It's like a reverse bounty... I am a but surprised it didn't work out, but then, hardly anyone supports regular bounties , so perhaps I shouldn't be. And they wanted real money, not credits/hath. And if they just advertised themselves here... that's a tiny, tiny market.

Harsh reality is that this was doomed to fail. Seriously, they were basically asking people to basically pay them to read the stuff they themselves were already interested translating. It's like an underhanded membership thing, but I'll be fair though and ask Are they working for the artist, or are they just devoted fans of said artist? because there's a difference.

Actually you are wrong. We did have a good amount of "customers" willing to purchase our translations.

The actual problem we faced, was at the point when our editor informed me that he simply couldn´t continue anymore, because he had/has to deal with private issues, which I won´t publish here, concerning his family.

There simply is no easy replacement for DarkAellen, who was also able to remove censorship, which is already hard to do on its own. I´ve seen NO one work as fast as him, if you look at the beginning of this thread, you´ll notice how slow our first editor worked, and I´ve decided to call it quit if there aren´t any reliable people skilled and motivated enough to work for us full time. (for payment ofc)

btw, without calling names, I do have some offers from members who wanted to try it out themself, guess what? Never heard back from them. There is just zero reliability in people these days to get something productive out...Sad but true...

Hey neostar, why not talk to psyburn to help edit I mean he's looking for a translator which I hope you're still working with Lv1 translator to maybe help him translate the works and he's a good editor.

Hello Mike,

Unfortunely I´ve got no reply from him either, basically there were a few guys interested last year, but it never resulted into something concrete. Was hoping to receive some sample pages from em, but there was clearly a lack of motivation, so I didn´t bother. I´am still open for "applications", but if interested, you will clearly know beforehand that this project requires time, so if you´re studying, working full day, having family issues etc it is clearly not recommended to come up, just to waste both our time afterall... this is dedicated work, just like any other profession, and will require at least 30 mins up to 2 hours per day (or per page), depending on experience.

I would have been more than happy if we could have released at that rate, like one CG per month, but to let truth be known, this seems far from realistic.

Didn't your editor release a gallery just two weeks ago? https://e-hentai.org/g/772501/4a0a8460a4/

Frankly, I don't understand what's the problem with waiting a while for editng; IF it is getting done. Yeah, we all like to finish a project in days, but if it takes months, it's still better than never.

Btw, were there any scrpts you sold that never got released? Or are you saying translations meaning full releases?

Full releases.

____

WOOW, now I´am mildly surprised. oO

Yes that is definetly made by DarkAellen, as he comes from Russia.

So he is working on russian translations? Thats interesting. oO Thanks for the hint.

I can´t force him to work for my project (in english) though. But if you guys want, I can try to contact him via email and send him the link of this thread, which maybe encourages him to continue with me. Or you can also write to him, send me a PM if you want to get his email and I´ll get you covered.

I dont know.... I´ve really never had a problem with him personally. Maybe he got better from his family issues (his aunt died) just recently. Fingers crossed...!

Some Update guys ;;

The good and the bad news.

The bad news, our translator has just informed me that he will be definetly out for the project, as he is too busy with his new job. So here I´am searching again for a new translator. *sigh* >_<

Now the good news, Aellen finally replied, and he might be ready to edit a couple more works for us very soon. He is the only person I could imagine for the job, and hopefully it will be easier to find another translator instead.

I do have two more scripts from the translator though, and when I get a final confirmation from Aellen we will be editing those CG´s very soon!

So stay tuned, but if you are fluid in reading japanese though and interested to work for us as an translator you can PM me, and hopefully the project can continue.
