After reading the whole thread, what I've come to is that this may be an attempt by frith to get himself banned by tenboro, hopefully letting his beloved witches to retire at the same time.

I have been wondering this for awhile, but occasionally I see members with "(Cheater)" in front of their name. Are those people caught for cheating HV or something else?

Early on cheating in HV was punishable by getting the cheater tag and... IIRC banned from HV (but not from e-hentai)
At some point it was changed so cheating results in full account deletion.

People with the cheater tag have a legacy account, one that was caught cheating before the change. They are not retroactively having their punishment adjusted.
