I have tried.

I think the power levels of official monsters should be NULL instead of zero.
Also, I want that the rows of download files are in ascending sequence of monster ID.

I have a monster scan database hosted on a server.
[hvlist.niblseed.com] http://hvlist.niblseed.com/

Without needing to download/upload data files, it makes tracking of scan data much easier.

There is a script developed which will query monsters at the start of a round and highlight any mobs that need scan. On scan, it will send monster data over to the server.

This should be fairly easy to integrate into HVStat if you would like.
