That said, the current system really need to be replace now with the change of 0.76
An OC bar with a percentage number make sense with the old ability system with OC tanks and when it can also act as a multiplier to something, like skill dmg as in pre 0.76 or spirit attack dmg and (to a lesser extent) a straight passive dmg bonus to normal attack as in pre 0.63
Now it has none of that function— indeed, you do not even have to put any AP to increase your maximum OC since there's no such ability anymore, not to mention that melee skill got nerfed as well to the point of almost useless for certain playstyle and with more emphasis on normal attack (which got buffed, massively for some style), it serve no function apart from being there, with all its quirks, until Tenb
stop being lazy and get his ass to work on a better, more elegant system to replace it.
BTW, the '
number of charges' system is just yet another Tenboro's
