Above 80 stamina one round of Arena/GF/IW consume 0,05 stamina and you can do it in few mins.

I've noticed that I've been getting a lot more Energy Drinks lately. Maybe 1 per day on average (vs. 1 per 5~7 days)

Instead of fighting yourself you should point your Forks at tenb and make him change mage mechanics into something fun to use. After this you can catfight each other to balance it out.
