QUOTE(T_Starrk @ May 18 2013, 13:07) Looks like you need to lower the difficulty (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ARGH Tenboro, can you just super-nerf Starrk for like 1 day? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) EDIT: Well looked who finally showed up This post has been edited by jcullinane: May 18 2013, 19:15

I don't suppose some players who bought the former White/Black/Rainbow auras for specific perks they gave (i.e, XP and Power modifiers) won't be able to get an option for refunds? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) I know of some who bought those auras solely for Power mod, since that applied to your voting power in galleries.

QUOTE(RRViper @ May 18 2013, 13:07) Good Grief, talk about change central.
It would have been nice to know before I walked into an hourly naked and spelless; needless to say I got my butt kicked.
Overall, I'm still trying to sort this all out, but it should be interesting to see what happens.
laters,
RRViper (that's not the only change, I'm still trying to break in my new computer.)
"Note that due to major changes in how stuff is stored internally, you'll need to reassign quick bars, autocast slots, font settings, equipped gear, and the battle item inventory." It's in the notes.

QUOTE(aeridus @ May 18 2013, 12:38) Why am I bleeding mana? I re-set everything, and I didn't think the Innate Arcana cost increase at max level would affect me *that* much. Also Heartseeker dropped from 600 turns to 200 turns. o_O So glad I IWBTH'd 3 Schoolgirl arenas before this change, I don't think I'll be able to last through it at the current mana usage rate.
I had finally gotten to the point where I was actually *gaining* mana each round with 4 Innate Arcana before this...
So... apparently protection augmentations are EXPENSIVE when it comes to Innate Arcana. I didn't realize it was doubling my cost. This post has been edited by aeridus: May 18 2013, 19:17

I hate patches that make me think. It's contrary to the spirit of HV.

Since some retired items will be removed, an updated list of retired items would be good idea so players will know what will be removed. I don't think http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Obsolete_Items has been updated yet, though.

Ability reset costs on the first day? Come on admin, thats a bit harsh (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif). Can't we get like a trial period where the reset cost is zero so we can at least test things out.

It seems like no one care (I do), or no one think Tenboro will actually refund. No matter what, it is not what Tenboro should do, because it is not only a nerf, what the hath perk provide now is irrelevant to what people want.

The only thing I really want is to have the ability back to raise overcharge. Seems the cap is 200 now.

QUOTE(petalferrous @ May 18 2013, 10:47) Isn't it pretty obvious that the point of this patch is to cut credit gains and make the game more frustrating, hence encouraging more people to donate rather than wasting time on a text browser game?
I choose to think that this isn't true and Ten is just incompetent, as opposed to being a piece of human garbage.

So basically only melees find the game playable.
Great...
Any mages find the game even remotely playable? Anybody?
Has anybody managed to finish even a BT T&T?
Maging is now 10x more tedious than it used to be.
I mean seriously, what the fuck was wrong with the old maging style?

Sorry if it's been asked, but can we have a list of items (besides the ones listed here http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Obsolete_Items) that will be removed in the future?

I like the idea. The concept behind the system is solid. But yes, currently it's not playable. Mages lost 75-80% of their consistent damage to cooldowns and gained basically nothing.

Same here for me on IWBTH. Even Nightmare is troublesome on random battles for me. Cooldown for spells got even worse.
