Where is our refund for AP training?
Where is our refund for Ability-based item slots that we permanently activated but are now gone? Recall that they were even immune to ability reset, so it isn't fair to just say too bad.

Why would you get a refund? You clearly wanted to train AP at that time. Now the training is CHEAPER for more benefit. When the price of something goes down do you expect to go to the store and get money?

Permanent as in you cannot reset them, not permanent as in "You are guaranteed an extra item slot to the end of time throughout changes made to the core engine of the game.", which is a silly assumption. You have received the AP back to spend on new things.

This BATTLE INVENTORY bullshit should be scrapped, period. It makes no fucking sense:

1) Why are we limited to such a small number of items? Why can't we have belts or whatever to stow more in? Look at any other battle anime/manga and you'll see even newbie fighters get more.
2) Why can't you replenish your potions between rounds in IW/GF/Arena, yet you can pick up and stow any items/credits/equipment dropped?

1) This isn't a "anime/manga" it's a game, and it would be fucking stupid if there was absolutely 0 challenge because you could just chug potions until the end of time.

2) It's a game. Welcome to game balancing.

It had everybody in it, School girls, IFPU, Real Life, FSM, the darn gang, including a couple I don't ever recall seeing before (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Why am I bleeding mana? I re-set everything, and I didn't think the Innate Arcana cost increase at max level would affect me *that* much. Also Heartseeker dropped from 600 turns to 200 turns. o_O So glad I IWBTH'd 3 Schoolgirl arenas before this change, I don't think I'll be able to last through it at the current mana usage rate.

I had finally gotten to the point where I was actually *gaining* mana each round with 4 Innate Arcana before this...

Note that all items that have been retired and no longer drop, EXCEPT for old trophies/artifacts, will soon be removed from the game. This includes retired pots and other consumables, as well as unused materials and crystals. So you may want to sell or use them before that time.

Why to remove them. Let's turn them into rare artifacts.

I appear to be missing Shadow Veil, Spark of Life, Imperil and Silence from my list of spells. Instead, they have been replaced by these bunch of tier1 attack spells which I never use as melee. What is the new level requirement to get my spells back?

Not true. I maxed out heavy armor, light armor, dual wield, two-hand, HP+MP+SP, and a shitload of supportive spells and I am only 2 levels above you.

True. Sticking with General, Two Handed, Heavy Armor, Deprecating 1, 2 and Supportive 1, 2 - which is for only one style and spells I used for that style:

General: Missing: 1 Lvl MP Tank, 3 Lvls SP Tank, 1 Lvl Better Mana Pots, 1 Lvl Spirit Pots
Two-Handed: Maxed...I did this first
Heavy Armor: Maxed...I did this second
Deprecating 1: Maxed for what I use...I skipped the bottom 3 since I don't use them
Deprecating 2: Missing 2 Lvls Magnet, Skipped the Drains and ET and ST just to go for the absolute minimum
Supportive 1: Missing 1 Lvl Stronger Spirit, 3 Lvls Heartseeker, Skipped Arcane Focus, Missing 4 Lvls Regen
Supportive 2: Maxed Protection, skipped the Spikes since I never used AP for those in the past

I haven't even touched anything else, and I have max proficiency for my level in all areas....I am out of AP. Plus I lost all the elemental and Holy divine MIT% that I working towards with the old AP tree. AND I had maxed AP training and was getting the odd point once in a blue moon from artifacts just to make things a little quicker than 1 AP per level.

So I've gone from having equipment and abilities to play in every style, to not even being able to max out even ONE style, for attack, defense, and spells I used before. The comparison is pretty stark from before. And when I won the hourly a little while ago, I didn't notice that the new system made me any stronger to mobs than before...I still had to Cure (cool down) and can't have OFC help in the same way I did before either.

If you're happy, whatever floats your boat. I'm letting my experiences speak for itself.

There's no problems with AP, you got back the number you had previously with your level + ability boost level. Only the AP with artifacts got lost.

If you go to the abilities page and hover over the spell image in the depreciation and supportive section for the respective spells you can see the required starting level.

Quick edit: Well it shows the next tier lv needed. Check it anyways and it might show the lv needed if you do not have it.

Well, I'm mainly just happy that light armor seems more balanced with the other play-styles now. I mean, it's basically been a joke to most people, lol. But after playing a few hours of both light and heavy they seem a lot more balanced now (I know this is mainly because heavy is nerfed but whatever, lol).

it seems the crystals you get from grindfest also got nerfed.

Deprecating spell coming into cooldown after a monster resisted it is more than annoying, especially if we're talking about MagNet here. At my level, I only have 1 single shot every 15 turns against those maxed resist monsters. That's just too much.
