Where are Silence and imperil on spellbook? They are missing for me even though Level is appropriate, and trained on ability page (and equipped training).

It would almost be better if he took something like a MUD and adapted it to HV. I could probably do that in a weekend and it would be a helluv a lot more fun than playing endless mob battles with no adventure/story. At some point the clicking becomes mindless and even Diablo had some quest elements to it.

I just failed the IWBTH 40 round Arena challenge. Never had any problems doing challenges up to endgame (50 rounds) without having to add enchants.
It seems I have to spend considerable time recasting buffs and chain quaffing mana potions now. Unless there a some fixes to this, I'll have to dial back difficulty to battletoads. Which would be totally bogus at lvl332 :Þ

Ok, after FINALLY winning an IWBTH hourly:

This is the update for April 1. HV is now a complete joke...I wish Bunko was around now since his RageQuit back then was nothing compared to now.

I'm a high level player right now, but without any quick Hath or credit means available to me it's taken an honest effort and lots of time to get where I am. That being said:

EVERYTHING COSTS WAY TOO MUCH

I managed to win an IWBTH hourly by essentially sticking with one, and ONLY one, method of playing...I chose 2H Heavy since I have a great Mace and a good Battlecaster Estoc. So I blew just about all of my Mastery and Ability points and the costs to upgrade is completely ridiculous. I feel like all of the time I spent getting other equipment and playing in all style actually made HV playable despite all of the crappy updates, especially lately, that resulted in nothing but nerfs. Now the only way I can at least survive is to pick only one style, and I can't even max that out at my high level.

As far as I can tell thus far, drops and credits are still woefully inadequate, even at IWBTH, and I have moderate to high training in most categories. So going down a few difficulty levels may help you to survive, but you'll never get anything at those levels that will really help the fun or speed you along to the fun. I'm thinking unless you can be a hath machine, funfactor is now reduced to zero. COMPLETELY.

If this game has any future, the brakes need to put on, FAST. Any new updates should at least allow players to get back almost all of what they had before in terms of abilities, stats, strength of the character and items. Then change game mechanics and rules and see how the current character can be altered a bit to still be able to play the game. If you're going to make all-new changes, START A NEW GAME. Don't mess with the old one all at once and then not allow the player to recoup what they have spent a lot of time on.

I am sensing that if this doesn't change (and past experiences say that the worse an update is, the better to run with it according to TB's actions), then HV will turn into a Meme to reference shoddy game manufacture or something along those lines and everybody will just move on to something better. Maybe that time is now, but I am willing to wait and see if major concessions to the players to give them back what they lost or at least make the means to get back what they lost a helluva lot cheaper will happen for once before I decide.

EDIT: Forgot to mention I am an older square monitor resolution player as well...if everything else wasn't frustrating enough now I have to fudge with my settings just to get a good view. That is REALLY burning me up right now.

Heavy estoc reporting in. IWBTH T&T still perfectly doable: suck it up guys - this is nothing compared to how other builds than this one have been hit.

I wish the upper echelon would quit telling us "plebs" to suck it up. You have no idea how much we are suffering. To you, 100k credits is nothing, but some of us spent all of our hard earned initial clear bonuses stocking up on AP and equipment and other skills.

Where is our refund for AP for artifacts that have now vanished?
Where is our refund for AP training?
Where is our refund for Ability-based item slots that we permanently activated but are now gone? Recall that they were even immune to ability reset, so it isn't fair to just say too bad.

This just feel like that in-app purchase bullshit games you see for android where they punish you until you give them all your JEW GOLDS. Hue hue hue.

This BATTLE INVENTORY bullshit should be scrapped, period. It makes no fucking sense:

1) Why are we limited to such a small number of items? Why can't we have belts or whatever to stow more in? Look at any other battle anime/manga and you'll see even newbie fighters get more.
2) Why can't you replenish your potions between rounds in IW/GF/Arena, yet you can pick up and stow any items/credits/equipment dropped?

It's like another poster alluded, too much creeping featureritis in this patch and fixing problems to don't exist.

Not true. I maxed out heavy armor, light armor, dual wield, two-hand, HP+MP+SP, and a shitload of supportive spells and I am only 2 levels above you.

I've took not enough mana pots (six pots only), so I've used Focus many times. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

HV seems very slow now? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

the cost of reset AP is too high,10% of it is suitable.

the CD of spell is not conspicuous,especially smite&banish.
I hard to distinguish between different in cd or not.
please make a digital on the spell icon to display CD.

where is the ALL label in equipment shop?this is not nconvenient.
