Exactly, the game is interesting again. Also, if you think the game is unplayable as a melee, then you suck at the game. Won't comment on maging since I only have enough ability points to cover my melee so I can't play it.

And its a bit more then just a bit difficult.

Dying in a normal arena because I ran out of mana, can't use a potion, can't read what time is left on my active status and all the active statuses are nerfed so hard I'm recasting haste or regen every 4 rounds?

This is great...fucking fantastic. I used to be able to clear Trio and Tree on normal without a single potion, one casting of Heartseeker 4-5 of regen and haste and now...

dead. dead.dead.dead. iwtbh random encounter - dead on first move.

I rather like the new aestethics, but a few things bug me:

- 5 turns cooldown on Cure.

- The mana cost of Regen (upgrade 2) is terrible. 61 mana to cast, that's 25% of my MP pool.

- Less arenas, and lower credit rewards for them.

- Battle items slots reduced from 7 to 4.


Overall, the game has become much harder for new players. Less HP and MP, removal of ability-based battle item slots, MP intensive healing and less money.


I won't comment in mid-end level stuff, because I have ye to see it, but it seems clear to me that some balancing need to be done urgently, or it will become really difficult to attract and keep new players.

Well, this looks like the perfect time to quit playing for a while (atleast until this CD on spell bullshit is removed).

Good job killing what little fun remained in the game, Tenb.

Heavy estoc reporting in. IWBTH T&T still perfectly doable: suck it up guys - this is nothing compared to how other builds than this one have been hit.

This is just a bad dream. Go to sleep then perhaps it could be possibly turn back to 0.75 when I can do IW Random Encounter without dead (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I only got into HV originally because the hourly battle kept getting in my way of checking galleries and then I noticed there was a "fun little RPG in there". Wow did we all get fooled on that over time.

There should be a way to turn hourlies off so that those out there that want to ignore such a broken, failed, game engine can never see HV if they do't want to and just use the site for the original purpose.

It would almost be better if he took something like a MUD and adapted it to HV. I could probably do that in a weekend and it would be a helluv a lot more fun than playing endless mob battles with no adventure/story. At some point the clicking becomes mindless and even Diablo had some quest elements to it.

After few more tries clearing Graduation on hard was a bit impossible for today. Got crit that cutoff around 75% of my HP and thanks to new Cure I have no way to heal myself. Seriously, 0.76 is some kind of joke. For 1 Hand with Shield was too hard. Harder (read: unplayable) is only playing as Mage (other say so, right ?). Where is now Cure II ? Where Heartseeker ?

And new Abilities... Thanks to remodeling I lost around 500 HP and 600 MP (had around 8500 HP and 1100 MP before patch). But I see, now I have 20 more SP.

That's just fucking bullshit, especially when it takes the same amount of exp as before to level.

Ok, adding Cooldown on Cure and removing Cure II makes game much harder. Also, abilities was... Big meh in my opinion.

Vote +1 for downgrading game back to 0.75 xD
