Tenboro should just make the magic stuff based on proficiency like with melee stuff and armor. Have it so that the higher your proficiency and ability levels, the larger the hit range, the lower the cooldown, the faster the cast speed, the lower mp costs, etc.

On a separate subject, is there anyway to get a "reload" in the Riddlemaster? I just failed a RM thanks to the (at the time of this post) 503 routing issue giving me no pony image and then timing out because Pony Derp wouldn't reload the quiz.

I will have to say the experience point increase on the mobs demise is a big plus (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

A little more cycling of the elemental spells than I'm use to, due to the cooldown, but getting the hang of it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

My monster is well fed, fat, dumb and lazy ..... morale meter pegged at "all kinds of happy" (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Now if I had 300 extra Ability Points to finish filing out my wish list, I'd be "all kinds of happy", but I have the patience of rock (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

So, I can wait (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Would there be any problems with removing Mid-Grade Materials? The real issue is that Low-Grade Mats are almost useless to me, but you can't have a medium without two extremes so the mid-grades should go. I was thinking they could be retired next patch and then removed the patch after that or a month later, which ever is more appropriate.

Ether Theft is 100% not desirable, since there already is Ether Tap that works much, much better and has no cooldown.

Spirit Theft is the only really desirable one, and that belongs to Dark spells.

So apart from Dark mages, every other mage types must spend the same amount of APs and the same number of slots to get Ripened Soul Proc and the Spirit Theft augmentation. However, dark mages *seem* to need holy proc for damage, so they need to cycle holy/dark somewhat (not sure on this one). So they really are not getting much for free, IMO.

And I'd agree completely if Imperil wasn't so obviously unbalanced. -50% MMI and -50% specific mitigation is nothing to joke about. If it was the old -25% each then I'd have no complaints, but as it is, it is too much of an advantage.

It wouldn't bother at all if Imperil also affected holy and dark mitigation, but I would be very disappointed if nerfing Imperil is Tenboro's way of reversing the exodus away from holy and dark. And it probably is. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) Elemental is finally at a point where I don't really have any complaints about it, except maybe for the lack of Spirit Theft.

Well right now you only really need to spend the points into soul fire/ripened soul and the drain points. I don't see how coupled it is to holy/dark. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Or you mean we should have 2 separate spells that applies those procs that also needs to be upgraded, deals shit damage and tiny range + cooldown, and then having to use drain on top of that? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
