It's time to get rid of this credit/drop nerf. Who cares if some Hikikomori got 300k/day pre-patch? Not everyone is like that and the abysmal rewards + insane training costs have made this game far less fun. Also, jacking up the burn rate for stamina is not cool, man.

so uh... am I the only one with a MUCH lower eq drop rate?
0.75 = avg 11.6x rounds per equip... 0.76 = avg 16.67 rounds per equip...
often times I do 90 round arenas and get nothing until arena clear...

He could also revert the energy drink nerf.

Why? Stamina matters nowhere near as much as it used.

Yes, we get 20% less credits at Great! than we used to, but you're seriously going to say "nowhere as much" and imply that double the exp gain is "nowhere as much"? Oh, and it's been statistically proven a few pages back, anecdote-wise at least, that the energy drink drop rate from artifacts was reduced and not mentioned in the notes.

25%. Also the damage bonus. Again, that only proves that stamina matters far less.

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Someone who obviously doesn't play this game enough doesn't understand that you could actually run out stamina.

You don't know how to do math, do you? You got a 25% BONUS. So overall you lose 20% credits. Skillchip plz. Really, did you not think? This post has been edited by cavecricket48: Jun 5 2013, 03:42

It's hilarious how somebody who doesn't even spend a lot of time playing this game is defending all these nerfs.

Wasn't this guy at level 160 when I was still level 70? [Just pointing this out, no hard feelings]

QUOTE(Rei-Tenshi @ Jun 4 2013, 11:31) Err...I've already said most of these in previous posts, but whatever, here:
Less nerfs. There is almost no reason for all the massive nerfs every patch in this game. I said this before: IT'S A FUCKING SINGLE PLAYER GAME. The only player interaction is in the market, why would you want to nerf the guys at the top? The reason why the average noob can even have a chance to hold Mag/Leg shit is because top players like HTTP are selling that stuff. Tenboro should be focusing on making as many players happy as possible with every update, not looking at numbers and figuring out a way to screw what most % of the people are doing. Seriously, the only stuff ingame he should be nerfing is stuff like credit and hath gains since those have an effect on things outside of HV. Find me one person who enjoys working for their stuff and getting shit on every single update. (And no, confirmed ass-kissers don't count.)
Less tedium. This Cooldown/Spell Rotation BS for one. What mages were doing with 1 action last patch now takes 4-5 actions for the same result. Seriously, there is no thought process with this addition. Instead of just "Use Best Spell", it's now "Use Best Spell. Is it on cooldown? Use Next Best Spell. Is it also on cooldown? Use Worst Spell". It is the equivalent of adding 5 Riddlemasters after every round.
More content. New spells. New arenas. Accessory slots. Collectibles. Whatever.
More challenges. Along with less nerfs, this is what HV ideally should have been. Part of what made HV fun in the old days was the thought that there was always another arena with possibly different and stronger monsters after the next few levels. It took several years before people managed to reach the first lvl 300 arena (The End of Time arena). During those times, people were wondering "Damn, what's the next arena called? How long is it? Is there a boss like Trio and the Tree at the end?". Sadly the 300 arena crushed all hopes after that. There was nothing to do after beating the lvl 300 dungeon. You would think that the next few updates would provide more arenas, more ROB monsters to beat, etc. Instead we get nerf after nerf in order to make the game appear more "challenging". (And seriously, the latest ROB challenge we got is just lazy. All the previous ROB+SpecialArena Bosses? At least rename them or something. )
And finally, MATH and Numbers don't really matter. Like I said, if every single person here switched to 1HS, does that make it OP?
i agree with you that credit is the thing should be nerfed. but Seriously, i don't think a game can have players when it continue buff players, happy is something consume very quickly, if anything with continually happiness, then people will be bored and find no interest and happiness in short time. HV tortures players, that's why players play hv, this is what i have seen

QUOTE(Tenboro @ May 18 2013, 11:31) ... Stamina/Riddlemaster ...
- The "Poor" stamina status was removed, which means "Normal" now extends from 10 to 80 while "Exhausted" is everything below 10.
- Stamina no longer affects credit drops or damage. The experience bonus was increased to +100%.

Oh no, damage was there as well?!
Probably only made a difference if you miss out on OHKO/2HKOs on mobs without it...
EDIT: If you're disagreeing with me over RoBs, then I ask how many of those fights came down to relying on that bonus or otherwise you would've been dead.

It made a ton of difference when doing Schoolgirl Marathons.

QUOTE(Rei-Tenshi @ Jun 4 2013, 06:01) You're right. Those builds were the best last patch.
And what should have happened after is that the other styles should have been brought up to par with various buffs. Then we would have awesome debates about which style to use because everything is so good, it's hard to choose what to use. But nope. Look at what we have today. It's pathetic.
Now we can't even effectively switch between styles unless you have enough ability points to be able to max the potential of each style both offensive and defensively. I'd be fine with that since Artifacts gave ability points, but since they don't AND I haven't yet been refunded for all of the artifacts that I used to get ability points that I lost, its bullsh*t. - JC

I: Have not been here long enough. Don't know what those are. DO know who the schoolgirls are. Am also wondering when Haruhi will make her entrance.

It's just like it sounds. You fight Konata/Mikuru/Ryoko/Yuki straight for 50 - 100 rounds depending on the Arena. On later Arenas, you can fight up to 3 of them at once.
