Why do the mastery point trainings cost stupid high amounts of money? At the point you could train them they wouldn't even unlock a slot, it takes 2-4

QUOTE(hitokiri84 @ Jun 3 2013, 18:54) +1 for removing elixirs from artifacts, and maybe even all together.
Agreed. It's even more annoying than when Tenboro had Snowflake give us Bubble-Gum, Flower Vases and Soul Stones for Artifacts. The worst thing about an otherwise mostly good update.

Originally it was mostly a kick in the balls to everyone. Now it's become a decent update.

I find this change quite disturbing (not talking about HV by the way least not yet ) wanted to increase my favorite slots to 1500 but the Hath cost was doubled , WTF happened ..if I knew how to earn hath any other way I'd be fine but last I remembered favorite slots didn't cost nowhere as much then it does now , it would help a great deal if you can return the slot points back to the previous value

Is anyone else having trouble keeping their monsters happy? Mine are only lvl ~100, but it already costs an insane amount of credits to provide them with crystals on a regular basis.
Can we either see a Happy Pills drop rate increase or an alternative way to keep morale up (like playing/sparring) in the next patch?

At level 100ish the crystals needed isn't that much. I'm actually having trouble leveling up my monsters because of the moral bar. Can't give them too many crystals to level them or its a waste and at a 250 pl they bring next to nothing so I need to level them up. If you're trying to keep too many monsters alive then some are bound to die.

What's the best thing to do for someone with 36 <100PL monsters and only 1 >300PL monster? Just keep the strong one happy and let the others rot?

Yeah basically if you want to keep them all alive. But its way easy just keeping 1 monster happy. You should probably try to level up a few of your other low level mobs as well. Run a few hundred normal rounds. You can get a thousand crystals at least even with the 1k drop thingy.

I'm going to assume the "1k drop thingy" is a hath perk? I usually clear all the arenas I can do on normal. That feeds one monster's morale. I'd have to do all the arenas 35 more times to feed the others.

i'm gonna get my highest 1 at least into the cuisine range. It use to get me some HGs, but all i see now are hordes of MG. Keep 1 or 2 in the edibles, and maybe 1 or 2 in the chow range. at first thought i might keep 8 active, then i was thinking 6, but now meh. i have enough pills for now, but i somehow doubt i'll be constant enough to raise their morale consistently in the future.

It just seems the addition of morale and hunger for the monster lab was just an indirect way of saying stop making too many monsters and punishing players who have made a lot of monsters. Since players with a lot of monsters have already sunk all those chaos tokens into creating monsters that will never have enough morale to show up in battle. This would easily have been solvable by making monster slots one of those 1,000,000 credit training things instead of costing n+1 chaos tokens. Could've set a limit of training too. Maybe start with 5 slots with 10 or 15 more unlockable at 1,000,000/each. Even if you had to clear all players' monsters from slots 6 and up, you can just refund all the tokens and crystals sunk into those monsters and let the players choose whether to reinvest those tokens and crystals into their base 5 monsters or spend 15,000,000 to buy 15 more slots to re-create their army with a ceiling of how many monsters each player can have.

QUOTE(Tenboro @ May 18 2013, 04:31) - Playing a large number of rounds at lower difficulties will now reduce the monster drop rate for a period of time. -- It starts kicking in after 1000 rounds and reaches max effect after 2000 rounds. The reduction caps at 75% for Normal, 50% for Hard and 25% for Nightmare. Hell and above has no drop reduction. -- The round counter cools down at a rate of 1 per minute (out of combat only).

I guess I have to donate $1,000 to get the hath to sell to get the credits to buy the pills to keep all of them happy then since not even grinding all the arenas 36 times can keep them all happy.

If you want to keep all your mobs happy then yeah. Its too hard to farm enough crystals especially with the drop nerf, but happy pills are a waste on lower level mobs. Just do grindfest on normal if you want crystals. The multiplier is still there. Just don't hit the 1k mark.

tenb, could we have ap distributions tied to equipment slots?
I like to run a few different setups but I could never have the ap to spec into all of them at he same time. Since this is the kind of game where you cant make "alts" for different playstyles, it would be nice if I could run a few different styles on my single character based on what equip slot I had selected.
